Dry Skin
The cold is one of the things that cause dry skin, so it’s time to take precautions and not allow damage. In cold weather, you should add in the diet containing vitamin E foods (olives, extra virgin olive oil, sesame oil, walnuts, peanuts, sesame, avocado, etc.) And vitamin A (carrot, mango, papaya, oranges, pumpkins, etc.), but also external measures must be taken to protect the skin and hair with some masks and treatments.

The ingredients can be used to prepare masks are:

• For Normal Skin: peach, honey, olive oil, aloe, almond oil, lavender essential oil, rose water, rosehip oil, lavender, pink, or peach palmarosa, chamomile (natural soothing, softens the skin) , green tea, etc.
• For Oily Skin: papaya, tea tree, essential oil of lemon, orange or grapefruit, lemon drops, Aloe vera, yogurt, banana.
